Gambaran Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil tentang Pencegahan Coronavirus Disease 19

Severe Acute Respiratory Sindrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah kasus yang menyebabkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas terus terjadi di Indonesia. Ibu hamil merupakan populasi yang sangat rentan terhadap Covid-19. Sampai saat ini, pengetahuan tentang infeksi Covid-19 dalam hubungannya degan kehamilan dan janin masih terbatas. Pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil terhadap pencegahan Covid-19 merupakan faktor penting bagi ibu hamil karena dapat mempengaruhi perilaku ibu selama kehamilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang pencegahan Covid-19 di poliklinik kebidanan UPTD RSUD Bali Mandara. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskiptif observasional. Penelitian dilakukan di UPTD RSUD Bali Mandara pada tanggal 13-30 April 2021 dengan responden ibu hamil yang berjumlah 43 orang. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan Analisa Univariat yang dilakukan terhadap setiap variabel dari hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan, 93% sampel memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, 7% sampel memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan tidak ada memiliki pengetahuan kurang. Seluruh sampel yaitu 100% memiliki sikap yang positif tentang pencegahan Covid-19. Sangat diharapkan edukasi yang optimal dari tenaga kesehatan bagi ibu hamil agar dapat menjalani masa kehamilannya dengan sejahtera sehingga ibu dan janin tetap sehat selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Anjuran untuk ibu hamil untuk pencegahan Covid-19 adalah dengan menunda dan membatasi kunjungan ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, kecuali terdapat keadaan darurat atau emergency.

Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a case that causes morbidity and mortality to continue to occur in Indonesia. Pregnant women are a population that is very vulnerable to Covid-19. Until now, knowledge about Covid-19 infection in relation to pregnancy and the fetus is still limited. Knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women towards the prevention of Covid-19 are important factors for pregnant women because it can affect their behavior during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the prevention of Covid-19 in the midwifery polyclinic of Bali Mandara Hospital. The study used was observational descriptive design. The research was conducted at Bali Mandara Hospital on April 13rd -April 30rd , 2021 with 43 pregnant women as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Univariate Analysis which was carried out on each variable from the research results. Based on the data that has been collected, 93% of the samples have good knowledge, 7% of the samples have sufficient knowledge and none of the samples have insufficient knowledge. All of the sample (100%) had a positive attitude about the prevention of Covid-19. It is hoped that optimal education from health personnel for pregnant women so that they can live their pregnancy in a prosperous manner so that the mother and fetus remain healthy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The recommendation for pregnant women to prevent Covid-19 is to postpone and limit visits to health service facilities, unless there is an emergency.
