DESCRIPTION OF EATING PATTERNS AND CHANGES IN CHILDREN'S NUTRITIONAL STATUS SDN 10 SUMERTA DENPASAR

Abstract
A good diet contains food sources of energy, building substances and regulating substances, because all nutrients are needed for the growth and maintenance of the body and brain development and work productivity, and eaten in sufficient quantities according to needs. The purpose of this study was to find out a description of the history of the initial nutritional status of school entry, diet and changes in nutritional status of primary school children today. This type of research is observational using the design of one group pretest - posttest. The number of samples is 56 people. The results showed that there were 32 samples of male and female samples of 24 samples. The average sample age of 11 years is 40 samples. The average results of food frequency which included results below the average of underweight nutritional status as much as 3.6%, normal nutritional status 51.3%, nutritional status of fat 100%, obesity nutritional status 64.3%. The early nutritional status of attending school in elementary school children is known to be the sample results with very thin nutritional status of 5.36%, underweight nutrition status of 8.93%, normal nutritional status of 58.93%, fat nutritional status of 7.14% and obesity nutritional status of 19.64%. Current nutritional status in elementary school children is known to be the result of samples with a skinny nutritional status of 3.57%, normal nutritional status of 69.64%, fat nutritional status of 1.79%, obesity nutritional status of 25%. for elementary school children to consume foods that are high in nutrients in sufficient quantities according to their needs and balanced with physical activity
