About the Journal

Jurnal Ilmu Gizi: Journal of Nutrition Science, with ISSN 2620-7605 (Online) and ISSN 2087-183X (Print), is published by the Department of Nutrition, Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar. The journal accepts manuscripts derived from research findings or literature reviews focusing on the fields of nutrition and health, nutrition and food science, including aspects of nutritional biochemistry, clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, functional foods, as well as nutrition information and food regulations.

Jurnal Ilmu Gizi: Journal of Nutrition Science is published four (4) times a year on a regular basis, namely in February, May, August, and November.
