Abstract

Shift work is the division of labor time given to health personnel according to the rules that apply. The different shift work makes metabolism to be different, for health workers in the night services who suffer from sleep disturbance so that leptin and ghrelin hormones are disrupted, finally, glucose levels of health workers increased. In Indonesia GDP disruption is 36,6% and SGD disruption is 29,9%. This research order to identify the difference between carbohydrate consumption levels and blood glucose levels for health workers in the morning and night service in RSUD Wangaya. This type of research is observational with a cross-sectional design. The sample obtained was 37 morning health service personnel and 37-night service personnel.
