Meditory: The Journal of Medical Laboratory is committed to maintaining transparency regarding all fees and charges associated with manuscript submission and publication.

Submission Fee

None.

Authors are not charged any fee for manuscript submission.

Editorial Processing and Peer-Review Fee

None.

There is no fee for editorial assessment or peer review.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 750,000 per accepted article is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following the editorial and peer-review process.

The APC contributes to the costs associated with:

• Editorial management
• Peer-review administration
• Copyediting
• Layout editing and production
• DOI registration
• Online publication
• Long-term digital archiving

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions or the peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated based on their scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

Page Charges

None.

Meditory does not impose additional charges based on the number of pages in an accepted article.

Colour Charges

None.

Authors are not charged additional fees for colour figures, images, or illustrations.

Withdrawal Charges

None.

Meditory does not impose a withdrawal fee. Manuscript withdrawal is handled in accordance with the journal's Article Withdrawal Policy.

Fee Waiver

Currently, Meditory does not provide an APC waiver or discount programme.
