Aspergillosis or Brooder Pneumonia, Mycotic pneumonia or pneumonycosis. Aspergillosis is a disease of the respiratory system caused by infection of fungi orogin from genus Aspergilus. The aim of this research was to determine the potential of ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves (pandanus ammaryllifolius.R) on the growth of the fungus Aspergillus sp. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from experiments in the laboratory. The sample used was ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves with concentrations of 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% with repetitions of 3 times each. Testing in the laboratory used the disc diffusion method with the antimicrobial test medium PDA (potato dextrose agar) with the following average results: ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves with concentrations of 20% (5,99 nm), 30% (7.29 nm), 40% ( 9.75 nm), 50% (12,1 nm) and ketoconazole 2% (39,16 nm) as positive controls. Statistical testing uses the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test and the Tukey HSD test as further tests. Ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves (pandanus ammaryllifolius.R) had a significant effect on the growth of Aspergillus sp (P= 0.000).
