Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif pada Ny “F” di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Titik Aryanti S.Keb

Abstract


The number of maternal deaths in OKU Regency during 2022 was 12 people out of 6,053 live births, an increase of 9.09% from 2021 which was 11 people out of 6,430 live births, so based on the assumption, the MMR in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2022 was 198/100,000 KH. The MMR achievement in 2022 increased by 15.7% from 2021 which was 171/100,000 KH. The purpose of this study was to provide continuity of care midwifery care to Mrs. "F" at the Independent Practice of Midwife Titik Aryanti, S.Keb Baturaja in 2024 during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonates, and family planning using the Varney 7-step midwifery care management approach and SOAP. The case study research method uses a descriptive case report method with Case Study, the sample in this study was Mrs. "F" G4P3A0 pregnant 28-40 weeks, the research time was November 2023-March 2024 at PMB Titik Aryanti, S.Keb, data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results obtained by Mrs. "F" during her pregnancy were in good health, the delivery process was normal, during the postpartum period the involution was normal, the newborn was normal, the mother's family planning counseling chose to use 3-month injection contraception. Continuous midwifery care for Mrs. "F" which is marked by the mother having followed all recommendations, the mother's complaints during pregnancy were resolved, the mother gave birth in a health facility, the postpartum period was normal, the baby was born healthy, and the mother temporarily chose to use 3-month injection contraception.
