Jurnal Ilmiah Kebidanan (The Journal of Midwifery) is a printed publication with an online ISSN of 2338-669X, and printed ISSN of 2338-669X. This is an academic journal that publishes, disseminates, and discusses various scientific studies in order to enhance public health, particularly mother and child health. Jurnal Ilmiah Kebidanan published two times a year, in May and October. JIK is delivered to students, lecturers, midwives, doctors, hospitals, and other health practitioners. JIK was originally published in 2007 under the name ARIMBI. Its name was changed to Jurnal Ilmiah Kebidanan in 2013. JIK is supported by specialists who serve as consultants, reviewers, and editorial boards. Midwifery and health professors and practitioners can publish the findings of their research in JIK as a Scientific Journal. As a midwifery journal that has regularly been published as a scientific publication, JIK has been able to gain the trust and support of numerous partners as a successful method of interfacing between the midwifery, health, and hospital professions. JIK is expected to develop into a Midwifery Journal that is frequently read by students, midwives, doctors, and health experts as reading and reference material because it is presented with rubrics and terminology that is simple to understand. Researchers, particularly students and lecturers, are encouraged to publish their findings in the Jurnal Ilmiah Kebidanan in order to encourage further research in the area of midwifery science. It is proposed that the introduction of Jurnal Ilmiah Kebidanan as a forum for scientific communication will be welcomed by researchers and government organizations dealing with health-related concerns.
